Schall Recipe Scaling

Adds scaled up version of recipes, in order to get around the game limitation (60 crafting per second) faced by very high speed machines. This allows for true mass production under healthy UPS. Designed for supporting scaled up machines from “Schall Machine Scaling” mod. (Locale: English, Deutsch, 正體中文, Português Brasileiro)

2.0 has reimplemented the crafting code in machines, and lifted the 60 c/s or 1 c/tick limitation.
Hence, this mod has served its historical purpose, and is now rendered obsolete.
This mod is still updated to 2.0, in case users still have 1.1 (or older) saves and still have machines running scaled recipes in them.

For new games starting in 2.0, this mods is no longer needed. You can safely disable this mod.
