Hey there!

I assume you noticed the original mod going down and just thought to reupload it. However, the original mod is licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. You aren't allowed to reupload this mod under that license. Do you mind taking this mod down?

I noticed the other NotNotMelon mods you reuploaded are listed as "The Unlicense" while the originals are MIT licensed. Can you also change the license on those back to MIT?

From the CC BY-NC-ND license:

You are free to:
Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.

Edit to add: The license being listed as "The Unlicense" is still incorrect and needs to be changed, though.

That would only apply if this mod was actually only a copy.
The info.json had to be edited, as well as all of the filepaths, etc. That's a lot of changes for a "copy" to be redistributed.
Other mods have been taken down for the same reason in the past, I don't see what makes this one different.

This mod was modified before being reuploaded. It also contains modified graphics from Pyanodons Alternative Energy Graphics, which is also CC BY-NC-ND, which NotNotMelon had permission to modify/use/redistribute but nobody else. It breaks both licenses.

Well, I doubt that changing the file paths in order to account for a change in the mod's name "manifests sufficient new creativity to be copyrightable.". That said, it's a moot point anyway, because if this mod has modified graphics, then it is a derivative work, and I now agree with you that is in violation of the ND license.
