g [Patched] Progression Loop / Soft-lock in Muluna

Hi,

I’m reporting a potential progression soft-lock when playing with Bob’s & Angel’s on Space Age. I tested this by traveling to Muluna without external space platform support, and it is impossible to progress past the early phase.

The Issue:
There is a circular dependency regarding Steam and Aluminum production on Muluna. Producing steam requires a Vacuum Boiler, but crafting the boiler requires Aluminum plates, which cannot be produced without steam.

Balancing Concern:
The recipe for the Vacuum Boiler on Muluna seems misconfigured. It requires 8 Aluminum plates to craft, but there is no way to obtain them beforehand. It feels like these should be provided via cargo pod, but currently, the pod provides 6 Tungsten plates instead.

Additional Bottlenecks:

Rocket Parts: The recipe requires high-tier items (Titanium, Heat Shield Tiles, and Blue Electronic Logic Circuits), forcing the player to rely entirely on a fully scaled base on Nauvis, which negates the purpose of the low-gravity recipes, there a alternative recipe for rocket fuel, Alice propelent, but in my opinion, is cheap além da conta

Missing Ore Access: There is a "Low Gravity Lead" recipe, but no way to obtain Lead Ore or basic Angel’s ores (like Saphirite) to sustain these intermediate products on Muluna.

Suggestions:
I’ve noticed the crushed ore recipes on Vulcanus work very well. Would it be possible to implement something similar for Muluna, perhaps by adding specific Angel’s ores to the meteorite chunks or increasing the variety of chunks available?

Could you please check if these requirements are intended, or if there is a missing link in the progression chain?

Planned Changes
Starter pod:
- remove tungsten
- add 12 aluminium plate

Boiler:
- keep aluminium cost if pod supplies enough
- audit that first boiler is craftable
- restrict vacuum boiler to Muluna/low gravity

new item: ab-lunar-mineral-residue
use new lunar residue icon
Muluna-only machine/category
lunar residue -> selected Angel crushed ores
lunar residue -> lead route
Ensuring that Angel ores are not directly shared to asteroid crushing.

Add Muluna-specific alternate support for LDS, heat shielding, rocket control bottlenecks.
Rebalance ALICE rocket fuel so it is local and useful, but not cheap.

That sounds like a solid plan for Muluna; the addition of the lunar residue system will certainly solve the progression bottleneck! Regarding the ALICE rocket fuel, I agree it should be balanced as a local and useful resource, but without being 'too cheap.'

Also, I wanted to share a quick thought: To be honest, I’ve been feeling a bit worried about whether I’m actually being helpful or just making too many requests, essentially trying to 'mold the mod to my own taste.' I don't want to overcomplicate things or block your creative process. I really enjoy helping out with this, but if you feel like keeping certain aspects exactly as you originally envisioned, please feel free to do so. Your vision comes first!
