i Adjust Hut and Warehouse inventory

(updated 22 days ago)

Currently the inventory sizes of each tier are:
-Chest: 30 slots
-Hut: 50 slots
-Warehouse - 130 slots

However, if I were to place down chests to take up the same space of each other structure, I would have:
-Hut (chests) - 120 slots
-Warehouse (chests)- 750 slots

My suggestion is to increase the inventory size of each structure to 70% the inventory space in chests so that their utility isn't overshadowed by the sheer inventory space disparity vs a bunch of chests. So that would look like:
-Hut: 84 slots
-Warehouse: 525 slots

I'd also like to add another relating to compatibility between Factorio+ and Muluna. Currently Factorio+ overrides Muluna's Silicon Cell Solar Panel recipe's ingredients to match Factorio+'s and thus makes silicon and silicon cells useless. Instead of fixing the incompatibility you could incorporate the silicon cell as an additional step to making large solar panels and accumulator arrays.

Heya,

This was considered early on but the extra utility/power of larger storage footprint comes from being able to used many inserters/loaders/filters on them to do some really useful sorting or logistic stuff. So there's always a reason to use different storage sizes (at least from a steel/hut/warehouse pov).

That makes sense. Thanks for clarifying.
