b [Fixed]defences destroying walls causes them to not become ghosts

when a defence added by the mod (like for exsample the motar turret but seems to happen with all added wepens that can destory parts of the base) hits and destroys walls or outer parts of the base they dont turn into ghosts for the bots to recreate them. this is very annoying and can leave huge gaps in walls for biters to get in and i have to manualy go in and repare it before its too late
