This might be intentional, but it is as the title says; the only drill that can mine Uranium or Bauxite is the Electric Mining Drill (because these resources require Sulfuric Acid).
If it is intentional, I would suggest adding tooltips to the other miners stating they can't mine resources that require Sulfuric, similar to how the Factory says it can't process recipes that require fluids.
