Hi there,
someone just noticed that Factorio+ is not compatible with my mod Lignumis. I had a quick look and saw that you have all your vanilla changes in data.lua. Since I clone a few things and then apply my changes, your mod breaks my mod.
There is no way for me to fix this except by copying all the vanilla source code instead of doing that during runtime.
My suggestion would be for you to move your vanilla changes to data-updates.lua. If that's not possible, please add Lignumis as an optional dependency so it loads first.
