I can not make solid fuel from petroluem gas.
The recipe is enabled but i can not set it in chemical plants and it is missing from the Factoriopedia.

Is this intendet?

I like to make solid fuel from crude oil with all three recipes so the process does not lock up.

There should be "solid-fuel-from-petroleum-gas" as a result from researching "oil-processing".

Factorio+ doesn't override this technology, is there another mod that effects it from being unlocked?

"oil-processing" unlocks "Petroluem fuel (Recipe)" but no solid fuel from petroleum.

In Factoriopedia are two petroluem fuels.
1) "Petroluem fuel" from Factorio+ (no base mod) without any a way to make it besides "alternative recipes" (->2).
2) "Petroluem fuel (Recipe)" from "Base mod > Factorio+" and makeable in chemical plant.
But no solid fuel from petroluem. Only from light and heavy oil.

In the file resources.lua from your mod is a recipe "solid-fuel-from-petroleum-gas" that makes "petroleum-fuel" from "petroleum-gas".
Should this recipe be named "petroleum-fuel-from-petroleum-gas" or similar?

If i'm not wrong the base recipe for solid fuel from petroleum is named "solid-fuel-from-petroleum-gas" and your resources.lua overrides it.

There is still solid petroleum fuel, but the icon is changed to look like nuclear fuel/rocket fuel and sits alongside natural gas fuel/ jet fuel /bio fuel.

It's still technically solid fuel that like the rest can be burned by generators, vehicles and furnaces.
