g How to play and not die at the beginning?

I arrived on the planet already armed with nuclear weapons, but even with those missiles, I can't research even more destructive technologies before my base is completely overrun by Biters. What am I doing wrong? UFOs are simply invincible; their regeneration counteracts any damage.

Honestly, I didn't have time to do a clean run from zero to test a rush to abacayba, so balancing may be out of charts rn, but pillars have weakeness to laser and electric, each mob class is meant to have a weakness, still working on it. Glad if you have some suggestion i may work. Dont forget to cover your side chunks with anything engineer made, our you may receive deep-space infestation

Thanks. I'd suggest starting with fewer resources, but enough to research weapons capable of killing nearby mobs, and also not putting the maxed-out bosses in at the very beginning. I tried killing them through the editor, but I only managed to do so with the super-ultra maxed-out final uber missiles. When activated, I thought my PC would be destroyed along with the biters xD because the explosions dropped my FPS to 2 for 5 minutes, even though I have an RTX 3080. P.S. Sorry, English is not my native language, I hope I'm not talking nonsense.

imo nukes are the wrost to deal with abacayba, just leveled lasers deal with pillars
