With Factorio+ enabled, it's impossible to get Uranium Fuel Cells. I can't craft them in my inventory and no machine seems to be able to create them either, they do not show up anywhere. Also, they aren't mentioned in any of the research nodes which might be the core of the problem (no research = no recipe).
