I think that you may wish to mark this mod as either incompatible with Bluebuild+, or potentially advise a player on starting a new game/joining a world if that mod is detected that entering a sandbox will crash unless Bluebuild+'s Auto Deconstruct/Auto Construct capabilities are suspended in-game with the appropriate keybind.
I can only speculate, based on things you've already addressed in this discussion tab, but I assume something about the way that Bluebuild+ searches for constructable objects interacts poorly with the way that the transition from Player to God Controller is handled, i.e. the only way it seemingly can be, or that the way this mod handles Illusiory Constructables primes Bluebuild+ to expect construction actions that can't be fulfilled, in whatever way that makes sense to someone who understands factorio's API better than I presently do.
While I don't necessarily think that it should be your responsibility to handle this incompatibility per se, a similar issue has already been reported on Bluebuild+'s discussion page two or three years ago (regarding the Editor hanging the game) and I am - at the very least - both convinced it is related and curious what specifically is causing the crash. That said, if it IS this mod, consider this an issue report, I suppose? I doubt it's this mod, though.
It might be a loop of some sort on their part, because the crash does not provide any details using Factorio's inbuilt handler - it simply hangs the game entirely, pending forced closing from the OS.
It's sort of a shame - this mod almost seems the perfect companion to Bluebuild in early-game, but for this one issue.
