I have a local server for the three of us playing in my house. I am setup as the only admin. My son left the game while in the blueprint world. While in there he was playing around with legendary items that we have not earned yet. As the admin, if I open his character using the /open name command, I can acquire any thing that I like.
Self control prevents this being an issue, but it is a potential edge case to prevent.
