These should really be in the pack. They are basic resources and fairly equivalent to the things which can be sent by delivery cannon, and I have a very compact 'minimum viable base' which can make delivery cannon capsules. The base for rocket launches (when I design one) will be much larger, they cost more, and you need to worry about rocket parts accumulating. Oh, and 100% of my resources arrive instead of suffering attrition.

I would also ask the question of whether it is a deliberate choice (either by SE or this mod) to exclude vitamelange extract from delivery capsule? We can send vit acid in barrels, and we can send spice. I can imagine this being a deliberate decision (though I disagree).

That's vanilla SE. I don't know why, but I found people talking about it multiple years ago, so it's probably not changing. Though there might be another mod that'll change it for you.
