The default is refined concrete, which is way too expensive in this mod (opinion), costs 3 times as much to put down (fact), isn't the best flooring material in this mod anyway (fact). I'm not sure why the default isn't landfill - it was a bit annoying before I had unlocked it. But now that I have some because it is needed in buildings, and I have a robust roboport network, I have to rapidly curse and mash the undo button then go in and manually place landfill whenever I build over water.

I'd recommend just changing the default. But I know there are some people on youtube who believe in wasting resources, so I'd be more than happy enough to just be able to turn it off somewhere. This is a situation which is more than just inconvenient for me due to the limestone balance issue I have raised. Currently I have a stockpile I hope will hold out and can't really make concrete.

Are you playing with Dredgeworks? That mod does that. There is a setting to disable it. I disabled it too. If you think that's a stupid thing, report it to the mod author of that mod.

Okay this is my bad, kind of, and I have no idea if I did a typo or what. I did a search on landfill in the mod settings and found nothing. Now that I've been directed to the offending mod, it's there, plain as day.

I do think it's stupid <<in conjunction with 3x cost to place and it not being highest tier>>. No report will be necessary. Thanks for fixing my problem
