Using the laser mill to make barrels.

To be honest, given the large need for barrels prior to unlocking the elevator, I think leave the 20% bonus in. But you can use the busted prod mods to get that up to 60% at low tech level.

I'm not using this, but at 60%, it is near tempting to be bothered with a build - would need a lot of recyclers
