g Optional mods with modpack config leads to error

so after installing option mod(which is qol by morality),the modpack setting (set the maximum chest area to 100)will lead to an error cause squeak through and chest mod become conflict.Not sure why no one else mentioned it.

Well I just test to set it back to 100 but it seems like working fine right now:/ so weird.
