Bob_Lob-law's SE Modpack

This is a list of mods for players who are new to Factorio who want to play a long game and get a good understanding of Factorio, and those people who have been playing Factorio for some time. This modpack includes Space Exploration, Voidcraft(With a tiny bit of tweaking), Renai Transportation, Parallel Research, and other game-changing mods. Currently, there are no mods that change the enemies, although that will probably change soon. READ DESCRIPTION FOR VOIDCRAFT COMPATIBILITY.

This is the list of mods that I am currently using. Of course, it includes Space Exploration, and all the mods it recommends, but it also includes some somewhat game-changing mods such as Renai Transportation and others. Currently, there are no mods that change the enemies, although that will probably change soon.

BEFORE YOU ENABLE VOIDCRAFT:

Voidcraft used to cause a crash on game start due to the requirement for an 'autoplace-control' in resources that SE implemented, but now, thanks to MemeKingDer31, through an addition to the code in prototypes/prismite-common.lua in Voidcraft's files. The chat thread with the needed code is found here: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Voidcraft/discussion/6910213279e1cc97733fdea2
(Without the code, there will be a crash on start. I would reccomend manually installing the mod)

For those of you who don't do too much with files, you have to unzip the voidcraft file after right-clicking it, open the files to get to prismite-common.lua, open it, edit it as it says in the discussion. After you're done copying and pasting the needed code, you go to the upper left hand side of notes, select 'File', then select 'save' (NOT 'save as') in the popup to save it. Go back to the mods file, then delete the original "Voidcraft" ZIPPED file(should have a zipper on it), then, go to the file that you unzipped (no zipper, and inside the 'mods' file, labeled "Voidcraft_2.4.3", or whatever version it is), open that file up, and there should be a second file with the same name. Right-click that second file, then select 'Compress to...' in the popup, then in the next popup, select 'ZIP'. Select the folder with a zipper on it, copy it, go back to the 'mods' folder, then paste it. That should be all you need to do to properly update that mod.

For any of y'all that actually use my modpack, and you want to talk about anything (examples being, changing mod dependencies, actually adding compatibility, adding mods, and literally anything else), here is my discord server: https://discord.gg/C7cRJzJtP9
