Hi there,
i have some troubles to download all dependecies and start Factorio.

1. Downloading the Modpack ingame is not possible, simhelper 1.6 is dedicated.
   a. Download Simhelper 1.6 on factorio.com and Simhelper 1.7 on Github (tried both versions later)
   b. Same problem!

2. So i download all mods i did not already have manually

When i try to start Factorio with all mods active:
"Error loading mods:

Failed to load mods: Difficulty normal: Cycle in technology tree detected.

non-moderated-fuel-reprocessing
-> graphite-cooking
-> uranium-progressing
-> fi_advanced_purifier_tech
-> fi_refining_tech
-> nuclear-power
-> non-moderated-fuel-reprocessing"

1. Than i notice, some mods dont have the correct version number.
   a. Change all mods to version number in your modpack.
   b. Same Error!

2. Deactived Simhlper -> Same error

Anyone have the same problem or ideas how to solve?

Yep, this just happened to me when enabling the 248k "Overaul mode" [sic], so disabling that should fix it.
