This modpack is created to extend/modify existing modpacks specially for exploration (Krastorio2 / Space Exploration) purposes. It tries to add all stuff that works perfectly together to create complex exploration maps together with many known mods and biter stuff. I have this modpack enabled and biters seem to be able to walk right over cliffs and walls as if they're not there. I'm not sure how to resolve it in settings.

I think there is a special mod with that can be changed, I forgot the name but you can search for in the mod list
