g Speed module energy consumption

Hello, speed module’s energy consumption is much lower than in vanilla. The Tier 1 module gives +30% speed for +10% energy usage.

With this percentages it's cheaper (energy-wise) to put speed modules in the building than building the new one. I just wanted to ask if this is intentional.

Modules will be changed to increase energy cost per output in 1.3.36.
