g Issues with mod settings for dependencies

Enabling Exotic Space Industries: Remembrance removes the option to change mod settings for ESI:R's dependencies. First noticed when trying to change settings for 'RP Steam Roboports', but it's present with other dependencies as well.

Settings are intentionally locked to our preset.

Might I ask why? It seems a bit arbitrary to have settings for things like different biter types, science yields, and resource density but not for other things like Steam Roboports, especially when it is stated on the modpage for Steam Roboports that 'Nearly all balance values can be adjusted in the settings menu'. I don't mean any rudeness, it just seems like a strange decision.

There probably are more settings which could make sense to lock—intention has not yet occurred.
