Standart multiplier not works for this mod, it has own settings, help me pls and tell what and where should i set for x10 000 multiplier?

In description said that i can safle change at ANY time, but field is not changable, how do it in game?

Load screen > Settings > Mod settings > ESIR >

Technology cost scaling ceiling > Fairly priced.

Initial science pack cost of 10 will implicitly limit to x10 000.

Dynamic technology cost multiplier can be increased to make per research cost increase higher. 2 = twice as fast = reach cost ceiling at 50% of all research completed.
