b Missing plastic recipe

I've been trying to set up plastic production based on the oil products available.
When i try to setup a combinator to set a recipe there seems to be something wrong.

As far as i can tell, it lists the recipe for Benzol + Petroleum twice, but the Coal + Petroleum one is missing.
I can set it manually in the chem plant just fine. I just cant seem to set it via the circuit network.
Did i find a bug? Or am i just missing something obvious?

Need to look into how the circuitry system interfaces with recipes—there are issues with any products with more than one recipe (many).
