The stack size of 1 is not just expensive to ship, it prevents autoloading rockets, as rocket has 20 stacks and a rocket-load of (filled) barrels is 100 (100 stacks)

Stack size was always meant to be 1 due to barrels holding 1-2000 (startup setting) fluid versus vanilla 50—an error prevented the change from taking effect all this time.

Will check on rocket loading.
