In the change log of version 1.2.24, you said "Created alternate Computer Age recipe for High capacity turbine, unlocked with High temperature reactor." However, manufacturing High capacity turbine needs Carbon-fiber plates or Carbon-fiber compound, and both of them are unlocked by Nanotecture fabrication complex. This technology needs Alien computer-age technology pack and Quantum-age technology pack. So in fact, you still can't use high-temperature reactors to generate electricity in the computer age.

Is this a mistake or is it designed this way?
