This seems to have been changed recently because I managed to get 14% of this done before I came back to my save, but I am now hard locked at the very beginning of the game because the steam-age science pack now requires the steam-age science pack to research.

I used the editor to cheat the packs in for now, just posting in case this is an oversight. If not, how was I mean to acquire these packs?

Funny I have the same "feature", every step now needs the science pack it unlocks. Means the same is true for all "Age tech"
I assume it should trigger automaticly but the trigger is hidden.

Seems to affect just Steam Age and Electricity Age researches.

confirming, right now it shows electricity age requiring electricity science packs, and steam age requiring steam age. not seeing issues with any others
