    - Rocket silo research now requires the late-game "megabase" staples first
      (bulk inserters, express belts, beacons, all tier-3 modules, logistic
      system, personal roboport 2, exoskeletons, assembling machine 3, nuclear
      power, kovarex, refined concrete, and more), pushing the trip to space
      to well after a mature base.
    - Planetary Survey tech (right after the rocket silo) unlocks a Survey
      Satellite; launching one discovers a new procedurally generated planet.
    - Dev: /jjt-orbit creates and visits a placeholder orbit surface - the
      foundation for the post-silo orbital science tier.
  Changes:
    - Quality of life: longer build/reach/mining reach and item pickup range.
    - Research costs reduced ~40% across the board.
