First of all, thank you a lot for this amazing mod, Pelagos is one of, if not my very favourite planet in factorio ^^
Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but in any case:
Check the Cargo Crate (40 Fermented Fish), in the "Spoil result" it will be written "Cargo Crate (40 Fermented BACTERIA)". Clearly the intended was to be fermented fish, not bacteria. Also, I think it should simply result in a crate of spoilage, it shouldn't matter what was the original product that resulted in the spoilage IMO.
This also produce issues in-game, that's not just a documentation issue.
