Is probably an issue with Planet Vesta.
My issue is Oil Barreling is only happening on Muluna's Tech Tree. Tracing the name led me to Planet Pelagos with the Barreling Group.
I'm 90% Sure its Vesta's Ceramic Recipe tho.
