As title states, I have "Disable Insert fishing" turned off under Cargo ships but cannot use inserters for fishing. It just sits there and does nothing. I am guessing it might be another mod I have installed but I am unsure what it could be as the main mod affecting inserters I have installed is Bob's inserters and even after disabling it, it still did not work.
To follow up, I tried disabling all other mods and then using the editor to place an inserter with power placing into a box on Pelagos and it still did not work.
