It seems that line 44 in the locale.cfg file for the Chinese (zh-CN) locale contains an entry with a missing parameter or an incomplete key-value pair. As a result, the game fails to load the mod.
Could you please check and fix the formatting of that line?
Sorry that I committed a Simplified Chinese localization file to the repo without further checking and testing.
It was my first time contributing to the mod community, so I'm not quite familiar with everything here. I have created a pull request to fix this issue.
