slimeweed gel polymerization again 40 sec? I was happy to see way to utilize vast amount of excess gel, then this, no way im doing row of 40 oil refineries to get one plant fiber a sec`

root growing is too op, I say 10 sec for 5 wood, without slimeweed on return

Rocket fuel is meant to be a slower recipe, I reduced it a bit but won't be that low. Adjusted the polymerization.

I won't adjust the root growing for now, I have 1 more modules missing before the first "assembly" for the rework. That is when that happens.

Recycling slime weed seems to be very effective. It looks like it only returns about ~1/32 of the product back where as typically recycling recipes give about 1/4 back.

i think thorium fuel cell recipe should output 10 fuel cells (not 1) since normal vanilla recipe outputs 10. Otherwise it is more efficient to just scrap all thorium and make normal uranium cells. (made small patch fix).
