When loading the mod I get the error that 'heating-or-chemistry' does not exist as a recipe category for the insulation-science-pack.
From what it looks like to me you changed the recipe category name to "vulcanization" but missed it for that recipe.
I changed my version to vulcanization and the error is gone and the Insulation science pack is still crafted in the convector so it seems right to me.
