Dea Dia changes the recipe category for Low Density Structures from "crafting" to "heating-or-assembling", which prevents hand-crafting LDS. Was this an intentional change or an oversight to prevent hand-crafting, as it's a big pain when trying to make landing pad storage extensions on new planets.

This also affects Planet Parcelsin's mechanical-plant, which uses the "mechanics" crafting category. Parcelsin adds Mechanics as an additional crafting category to LDS without overwriting so LDS remains hand-craftable. (They made a function "add_additional_categories" in their data.lua)

Yeah, that code was written before additional categories were a thing. I'll fix it in a bit.

The root of the problem is that I am objectively giving neglect to this version unless absolutely needed. I am slowly but surely putting together bits and pieces of the new build. (as can be seen on my released mods)

This fix actually caused a regression, but I'll only handle what is needed for now.
