Yep! But the following is given after booting up factorio:

The issue is with these lines for some reason:
172: data.raw["locomotive"]["locomotive"].surface_conditions = TFMG.conditions.not_space
and
5: require("prototypes.vanilla-content-obliterator")

I think this breaks, as in the file due "TFMG.conditions.not_space" not being defined, (also did you mean to load "util/TFMG.lua" for this file, as it is not here?)
