b Game crashes on startup

I tried installing the mod from the in-game mod portal yesterday only to have the game crash on startup.It doesn't show any error messages in-game like with other mod errors in 2.0 it just dies completely.The only way for me to fix my game and reopen it was to go into the mod folder and delete the mod.Looking through the log i can see these two error messages before the crash:

I don't know if there is a better way to format the log output on here or if i can attach the file so if you need any more information so excuse me for the simple copy paste.

Hmm, that’s a hard crash, which would generally be attributed to the engine, not mods. Sorry.

My guess however, considering the crash apparently happened during sprite atlas building. Is that it might have something to do with your vram?

It may also be that some file is broken, and it’s worth verifying the integrity of your game files, just in case.

Can you tell me the specs of your pc?

I'm having a similar problem, hard crash on startup with no way to fix other than deleting the mod-list.json. No other mods used except those required

Playing on a Mac btw, never had an issue with launching mods before

Im on Linux myself idk if this has anything to do with that however since the latest update it works just fine thanks for the quick fix!

I've encountered this problem myself, but I assumed it was a configuration issue on my end. For others that experience this issue with TFMG or other mods,
setting "Atlas texture size" (in Graphics settings) to a higher value will fix the problem. Bug reports on forum with this same issue, for reference:
