Hello,
i have a Giant base and i Don´t want to wait 2 Weeks, to prod all my Stuff.
If its posssible to add a Speedmod or Comment?

I try four Mods for speed up, but that don´t work, or i am Stupid^^
Maybe, someone has help for me to speed up for the Production.

Try out Dark Matter Replicators (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/dark-matter-replicators-18). It's effectively a cheaty way to produce the items you need in a more compact finish with a good bit of customization. There's also a submod that makes it a bit harder to employ, but gives a good sense of satisfaction.
