I was trying to create Hydrogen chlorine as it's needed to produce Ferric chlorine solution (partially needed to get a Chemical tech card), the problem is that the recipe is gated behind the Chemical tech card which I try to produce.
In short, I can't produce a liquid that is gated behind the item that needs it in order to be created.
