I recently synced K2's locale with Crowdin, but apparently Linver had included several languages in the game that weren't on the site. So they got overwritten / deleted. I will fix it for the next version.
German is also missing. You can fix this in the meantime by manually downloading version 1.1.1 from https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Krastorio2/downloads and selecting the active version 1.1.1 in Factorio in the Mods section.
