Krastorio prevents you to mine shelter and place it in the same location.
To reproduce (tested with factorio 1.1.33 and K2 1.1.1):
- Start a game
- Place shelter
- Mine shelter
- Try to place shelter in the previous location
- Observe that it is disallowed (if actually trying to place a message will pop up: 'Unknown key "item-name.kr-shelter" is in the way')
Note that you can place the shelter in any other location, but not where it overlaps with the previous location(s).
