b [Not caused by K2] Deconstruction with the deconstruction planner does not deconstruct everything

Krastorio 2 version: 0.9.22
Factorio version: 0.18.32

Other loaded mods: https://pastebin.com/ScD1K02d

The map was created with Krastorio 2 and most of the mods already being installed. Only smaller mods have been added since (2 or 3)

Here is an example of the problem: last time I encountered the bug it happened with walls. Wanted to deconstruct walls (built much earlier) with my drones, so I tried to select them with the planner, but it didn't select anything for some reason. Then I built a new wall of the same type, tried the planner, and it was able to flag it for deconstruction, but still not the older walls. Here is a screenshot illustrating the problem: https://imgur.com/a/LOcHQYt. As you can see, the planner can't find the turrets too, which were built later then the wall, because they have been destroyed a few times already.

What I would expect is to have the deconstruction planner select everything I built in the selected area.

The planner does not have any filters set, I always get it with the Alt + d key combination.
I noticed this weird behavior multiple times, and have not found a solution to it until now. Reloading the map or restarting the game does not resolve the problem.
It seems to me that it usually happens with entities that have been placed earlier

Update: I started manually removing the walls and filling in gaps to have a train track there. It seems the new walls doesn't merge with the old ones, too: https://imgur.com/bvOqXA2
By looking at their details on the right, they should be the same, but that's not debug information so maybe something has got really changed

Turning on show-debug-info-in-tooltips reveals that the force name has changed.
In the entities placed earlier the force is simply "player" (https://imgur.com/uWPwsRh),
while the entities I just placed have the force "player.tactical.construction" (https://imgur.com/Tlsewy8)

I just found that tactical construction is the name of one of my mods. Well, now I know where should I go.

I did some testing and this is actually a problem with Tactical Construction. If you can, please delete this bug report, because the bug probably isn't caused by Krastorio
