The labs randomly stop processing tech cards whenever I hold down the mouse button to collect up placed buildings in mass, or belts. No mods, playing a single player local save. No matter what I try the only way I can get the labs usable is to reverting to an older save and loosing all the progress. Also, is there anywhere else I should report this?
