Would it be possible to set the filters of loaders using signals (like filtered inserters)?
No, that is a base game implementation -> hard coded -> no moddable
miniloader mod has filtered loader entity. Didn't try it with Krastorio as I'm not sure if it's compatible. I use it with my space exploration games.
Miniloaders aren't loaders, is a different type of entity masked to seems a loader. If u don't like this, u can disable the Krastorio 2 loaders from the mod option and use Miniloaders
I like Krastorio loaders better. They look nicer :-) I just circuit the belt in front of the loader which works the same.
