its not listed in its stats, and it came as an unpleasant surprise, we wanted to keep it high but it dropped due to both capsules having the same evolution lowering code apparently, but only the 2nd one has it listed in its description, i'd recommenced either adding the description or removing the functionality from it since the 2nd capsule does that job :)
