b event handler desync after using creep capsule

Cannot join. The following mod event handlers are not identical between you and the server. This indicates that the following mods are not multiplayer (save/load) safe. (see the log file for more detail):

- If Krastorio 2 was added after start of the game
from the start
- A brief description of what you are experiencing
cannot rejoin the server when when the capsule was thrown
- A brief description of want you are expecting
for being able to join the server after having thrown the capsule
- If you got a crash, the log file "factorio-current.log" will be very helpful

(restarting the server has fixed it, but this still seems like a bug so i'm keeping it open, not that i can close it anyways)
