Hi,
currently WRS 8 cost 20k of Sience/60s, but WRS 9 cost 5000/60s. Shouldnt it be the way around, or at least the prior tech should be cheaper?

The infinite tech costs you additionally singularity tech, so it makes sense it is cheaper after reaching new tier, since you are discovering new things with new card. Don't worry, the tech goes pretty expensive anyway:)
