Mods: The only relevant mod i can think of is Rampant and Rampant Arsenal, but the turret is vanilla Krastorio, strangely this issue doesnt seem to happen with RA's rifle turrets
Problem: As you can see the turret constantly misses, it should be able to one-shot that small biter, this happens more often than not and only at close range from what i've seen, might be the small biter hitbox, it also doesnt seems to happen in multiplayer for whatever reason, it might be happening to the player character as well, it's hard to tell if i'm actually missing or the bullets are not colliding.
Expected: That probably shouldn't happen.
