I played Krastorio 2 with Deadlock's Stacking Beltboxes & Compact Loaders 2.3.5 in Factorio 0.18.21 (build 51104, win64, steam).

and after the update of Krastorio2 to 0.9.12 I got the following error message during Factorio start:

Failed to load mods: Error while running setup for recipe prototype "kr-advanced-transport-belt-loader" (recipe): Recipe is in 'crafting' category but has a non-item ingredient 'sulfuric-acid'.

Mods to be disabled
* Krastorio2 (0.9.12).

I installed Deadlock Stacking Beltboxes, because it was listed as compatible with Krastorio 2:

deadlock-beltboxes-loaders >= 2.1.13

And I get the error only with this mod together.
