Throughput capacity of steel pipes is worse than that of normal pipes. I made standart 20-5-17 linear oil cracking with 3 lvl speed modules only in refineries and half of my light oil-petroleum chemical plants don't work because they don't have enough water. When I replaced steel pipes with regular ones, the volume of water in the pipe before the last chemical plant became ~70 / 100.
