b [Not a bug (vanilla game feature)] Rare metal mining doesn't run out of chlorine

Loving the mod so far! But something very weird is happening with my rare metal miners. I hooked them up to a tank with like 800 chlorine in it, and they consumed the tank as expected, but now they are still running even though the tank and pipes are empty. The miners' internal buffer is stuck at like half full and the miners keep mining. I tried destroying a few and placing them back down, and the chlorine buffer from the ones I didn't destroy just rebalanced into them. So it seems like the buffer fills up but the miners aren't actually using it.

The setup is Large Storage Tank -> pump -> long series of pipes -> miners. The tank, the pump, and the miners all say 0 chlorine, but the miners buffers say about 100 and it never decreases.

Yes, i have the same "problem", miners on raw rare metals consume chlorine until it's exhausted from tanks and pipes and then miners just working as normal ones. As if they don't need chlorine, internal buffer freezes.

Only Krastorio2 - 0.9.11, no other mods.

Ok, i've double checked, miners actually consume chlorine, it's just a visual bug with internal buffer.

Check working miners on raw rare metals, they have an internal 200 chlorine storage. When chlorine is exhausted from tanks and pipes, the remaining chlorine in miners freeze at ~100-120 level but is actually consuming.

I don't think it's just a visual bug, the miners seem to keep going forever as if they are not actually consuming chlorine. As long as a pipe with chlorine is connected they will consume it, but once the pipe is empty their internal buffer stays full and they keep going without needing any more chlorine.

With only Krastorion2 mod they stop working when the chlorine runs out. Test it again without other mods and then with your mods.

Tested this a bit more. @slaved34ler was right, with only Krastorio 2 enabled, the miners do use chlorine very slowly, but the internal buffer amount seems to only update every 10 cycles. The same is true with all of my other mods enabled, it's just that the miners use the chlorine very slowly so I thought it wasn't depleting at all. It does seem to just be a visual bug.

Some of my confusion in this may come down to a balance issue as well. Each miner has an internal buffer of 80 mining operations? That seems excessive. If they either used more chlorine or had a smaller buffer I think it would make more sense.
